Kirin Court for Dim Sum

Is Dim Sum an ethnic food category?  I don’t know, but these Chinese small plates, ubiquitous in Hong Kong, certainly are worth a category of its own.  Kirin Court’s are quite good, although be prepared that some people won’t like the texture of pork ribs.  Chinese to generic white person ratio, even with our five,  was 10 – 1.  And, this area has a high concentration of good Chinese restaurants, so that is another good sign.   Sunday brunch followed by Iraqi sweets is highly recommended!
